This is my mom’s go-to way to use up any steaks we had leftover and it tastes so delicious!  It’s  very easy to make and combination of soy sauce, garlic, salt and butter just sets this steak on fire!

For this dish, you can use either uncooked or cooked leftover steaks (as long as it was only seasoned with salt and pepper).

In the case you’re using previously cooked leftover steaks, just make sure not to double salt and pepper it and cook only to warm up the steaks!

We usually use serve this as a full meal with with cauliflower rice and vegetables, but it also can make for a nice simple side dish as well!  It’s also a prefect way to cook up some steaks if it’s too cold to fire up that BBQ!

So to start this recipe, we make the base sauce which is very simple to put together.  Its just some garlic, green onions, soy sauce and Japanese sake mixed together in a bowl.

Next up, we melt the every so important butter and then throw the steak cubes on there.  If you’re using previously cooked steaks, you would like be warming up the meat where as if you’re using fresh steak, you would be cooking it.

Either way, after the steaks are cooked/up to temp, we go ahead and pour the garlic sauce over the steak and serve it on top of some cauliflower rice.  Simple, easy but absolutely delish!

The only unique ingredients you would need for this one would be Japanese sake (or Dry Sherry).  Here is the sake we normally use for reference.
