I’m Joanna, one of the Co-Founders of LCA! I’ve been a part of this incredible journey since its inception in 2018.

My journey into the world of healthy eating began with a twist of fate – Gestational Diabetes during my first pregnancy. This unexpected challenge ignited a passion within me, propelling me to embark on a quest for knowledge.

I’ve dedicated countless hours into Researching, Consulting with Diet Experts, and even chatting with doctors to explore the intricacies of a Balanced Diet and Nutrition.

These recipes you’ll find here aren’t just dishes; they’re a big part of my everyday life striving for balance. Each one has been rigorously Tried, Tested, and Savored by my circle of friends and beloved family.
