  • Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms – fresh shiitake mushroom washed and chopped. 
  • Garlic Clove – freshly grated or pressed garlic.
  • Green Onions – fresh chopped green onion scallions.
  • Neutral Oil no taste or flavor with high cooking temperature. Some choices are sunflower oil, peanut oil, sallower oil, vegetable oil, and canola oil. 
  • Salt – sea salt preferred.

Next, add in chopped shiitake mushrooms, grated garlic, salt, black pepper and ground cayenne pepper. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes while stirring until chicken is cooked through.
