Bean Sprouts Stir Fry – Moyashi

Jump to Recipe

Although bean sprouts are commonly used in Asian cuisine, you don’t find them too often in western dishes.  So we thought it would be cool to share this simple yet delicious recipe.  If you never had bean spouts before, they have a very neutral taste to them so the type of seasoning you pair it with can really bring this vegetable to life. They are refreshingly crunchy, a good source of protein and best of all, they are super low-carb/keto at 0 net carbs!! For this recipe, we paired it with a traditional sesame garlic seasoning that really goes well together! When it comes to serving, you can enjoy this dish hot or cold, so heat it up during the winter and cool it down for the summer!  A perfect year around vegetable recipe and we hope you enjoy it!
