Bean Sprouts Stir Fry – Moyashi

Although bean sprouts are commonly used in Asian cuisine, you don’t find them too often in western dishes.  So we thought it’d be cool to share this simple yet delicious Bean Sprouts Stir Fry – Moyashi recipe on LCA!

Bean Sprouts Stir Fry Pin 1

If you’ve never had bean spouts before, they’re crunchy with a neutral taste so they mainly rely on the seasoning for the flavors.   And for this recipe, we paired it with a traditional sesame garlic seasoning that carries the flavors out very well.  It’s bold enough to show up, but not so overpowering that it’ll throw the balance of the bean spouts off!

All that results in a dish that’s refreshingly crunchy, a good source of protein and best of all, super low-carb/keto at 0g net carbs!!  And you can’t get much lower than that!

When it comes to serving, you can enjoy this dish hot or cold, so heat it up during the winter and cool it down for the summer!  A perfect year around vegetable recipe and we hope you enjoy it!
