- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 Inch of Ginger
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1/2 Stalk Green Onion
Directions
1) Gather all the ingredients.

3) Finely chop green onion stalk and set aside.
4) Grate garlic and ginger with a grater and transfer into a small mixing bowl. Combine Sesame Oil, salt and black pepper, mix well and set aside.
5) Bring a large Teflon frying pan up to temperature on high, should take around 1 minute. Once up to temp, reduce to medium-high heat, transfer pork belly and cook for about 3-5 minutes per side until nicely browned.
