If you don’t have access to ready-made rotisserie chicken, we included an optional step to boil your own chicken to use in this recipe, but do note it’ll increase the required cooking time.

So for those that are new to low carb or maybe just getting back into the lifestyle, you might be asking ‘what in the world are ‘chaffles’?’.  Chaffle means cheese + waffle.

The whole recipe takes about ~7 minutes to make (or ~5 minutes if you have two Dash Mini Waffle Maker), only 6 ingredients and tastes absolutely delish!  So what are you waiting for?  Go make yourself a quick chaffle lunch!

This recipe will run ~3g net carbs due to the anti-caking ingredients found in most pre-shredded store bought cheese.

So if you’re strict on your carbs, you can shred your own block cheese which will net you ~1g net carbs on the recipe.
