Why I Love This Recipe

What truly sets apart my Garlic Butter Steak Cubes recipe is its winning combination of simplicity and Japanese inspired flavor! These bite-sized pieces of steak are quickly seared to perfection in a hot pan similar my Japanese Hibachi Steak recipe, creating a mouthwatering dish that’s both easy to prepare and incredibly satisfying. This delightful fusion of flavors bears a striking resemblance to my beloved Japanese Pepper Steak and Japanese Beef Bowl recipes!

The end result is a dish that’s an explosion of garlicky, savory goodness, making it the perfect choice for lunch or dinner. What’s more, it’s an excellent way to make use of any leftover steaks you may have on hand, just like in my Japanese Steak Stir Fry! So why wait? Let’s get cooking and enjoy this savory plate now that I know you will love!

  • NY Steak or Top Sirloin – any type of steak will work for this recipe. We recommend leaner cuts of meat such as New York strip steak or sirloin.

  • Salt – sea salt preferred.
  • Black Pepper – ground.
  • Garlic– freshly grated garlic.
  • Green Onion – finely chopped green onion scallions.
