Not to forget, avocados give you those healthy fats that your body needs when on a low-carb/keto diet.  I  also added in fresh spinach to give you that extra boost of vitamins and minerals.

Now know I, these ingredients sound like an very odd combination and you might wanna shy away from it, but really, just it a try!

Even with all these healthy ingredients, it still taste like a dessert!  Trust me, you can’t taste the avocado or spinach.

So, feel free to have it for breakfast, lunch, dessert…or whenever you please because this smoothie is packed with all the right things to fuel your body!

And the best part just might be how easy it’s to make this super healthy smoothie!  All you need to do is de-pit an avocado, throw it in a blender along with the other ingredients and blend for 10-15 seconds!

Pour into a glass and you’re all done!  It’s seriously that easy to have yourself a super dessert whenever you want!

This drink is low-carb/keto friendly at only ~3 net carbs per serving and a perfect way to get your greens and dessert fix at the same time!  To elevate this smoothie even more, you can also add a handful of almonds or chia seeds.

For this one, you will need Swerve/Monkfruit and Cocoa Powder as the special ingredients, which can purchased on Amazon or a local specialty supermarket.
