Thinly sliced pork is stir-fried along with sliced onions, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, sake, togarashi, and monkfruit. The dish is finished with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds and green onions. Feel free to add other types of veggies such as mushrooms, asparagus, bell peppers and broccoli.

Ingredients
- 1/2 lbs Thinly Sliced Pork Butt/Shoulder (about 1/8 inch thickness)
- 1/4 Cup Sliced Onions
- 1 tbsp Neutral Cooking Oil (no taste)
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Japanese Sake
- 1 tbsp Monkfruit Erythritol Blend (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Togarashi (can replace with chili powder)
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Stalk Green Onions
- 1/2 tsp Toasted Sesame Seed (optional)
Directions
1) Gather all the ingredients.
2) Slice onions and chop green onions as shown below.
3) Grate garlic with a grater and place it into a small mixing bowl. Add in Soy Sauce, Japanese Sake, Monkfruit Erythritol Blend, Togarashi, Sesame Oil and mix until well combined.
4) In a large Teflon frying pan, add neutral cooking oil and bring up to temp on medium heat. Add in sliced onions and cook for 1-2 until slightly softened.
5) Next, bump heat up to medium-high, add in thinly sliced pork and cook for 2-3 minutes until meat is browned as shown below.
6) Add in the sauce from step 3), cook for 30-45 seconds and then transfer to a serving plate. Top with green onions, optional Toasted Sesame Seed and enjoy hot!
