Cauliflower Bites

Truth be told, I never cooked with cauliflower before, not once.  I actually had to ask Alexia “how long do you boil cauliflower”?   But hey, there’s a first time for everything right!

Thinking back on it, I’m not even sure why we had it in our fridge, but it was taking up room so I just put some flavors together that I envisioned would go well and it happened to be one of those few times and out came these low-carb/keto Cauliflower Bites!

I passed these out to relatives that happened to be there that day and they all enjoyed it, which is surprising because I know they rarely eat cauliflower.  I guess it is one of those ways of remembering that you’ll never know what you like until you try it!

Cauliflower is packed with natural Vitamin C and if you are not a huge fan of cauliflower, hopefully this recipe will change that and make getting your Vitamin C enjoyable!

A note is that this dish does call for a lot of steps, but it isn’t hard at all to make.  I try to only make recipes that are relatively straightforward but sometimes to get that rich taste layer, it requires multiple simple steps.  Hopefully the step-by-step pictures will make it a breeze for you!

Now, let’s get started!
