We love macadamia nuts and one of our favorite recipes for this delicious nut is this keto cinnamon sugar glazed macadamia nut that we like to enjoy as an easy sweet keto snack!
If you’ve been following our website, you might know by now that we love everything and anything Hawaiian – including macadamia nuts!
But like anyone else, we can only eat so many salted macadamia nuts before it starts to go stale on the palate.
So that’s when we started to venture out and think of different ways to enjoy macadamia nuts.
We came up with a couple of ideas, but the one that we were really interested in was a cinnamon flavored macadamia nut.
Now, interesting enough, we personally have never seen this flavor used for macadamia nuts but couldn’t see how this pairing would be nothing short of delicious!
So the next day, we scoured through our pantry to find all the necessary ingredients and went to work!
We mixed a couple of batches adjusting the ratio as we went, and came out with this super easy and delicious Keto Cinnamon Sugar Glazed Macadamia Nuts!
It only takes minutes to make and a perfect sweet alternative from the original salted version – you can have your sweet tooth thank us later!
These macadamia nuts are packed with desirable amounts of monounsaturated fats and antioxidants that are infused with the flavors of sweet caramelized cinnamon butter, making it a great choice for a quick snack or even a snack dessert!
They are also low-carb/keto friendly coming in at ~2g of carbs per 1/2 cup serving!

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Roasted Macadamia Nuts (Lightly Salted or Plain)
- 1 tbsp Salted Butter
- 1 tbsp Monkfruit Erythritol Blend
- 2 tsp Water
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Directions
1) Gather all the ingredients.
2) Preheat oven to 250F.
3) In a small Teflon fry pan, add butter, Monkfruit Erythritol Blend, water and ground cinnamon on medium heat. Swirl the small Teflon fry pan around and cook until butter melts and starts to bubble, about 1-1.5 minutes.
4) Remove from heat and add in Roasted Macadamia Nuts. Mix to ensure even coating on macadamia nuts and then set aside.
5) Prepare an oven tray with silicone baking mat or greased sheet of aluminum foil. Transfer coated macadamia nuts onto silicone baking mat and make sure the macadamia nuts are not touching each other.
6) Bake at 250F for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes has passed, remove from oven and let glaze cool down and harden for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to serving plate and enjoy!

- 1/2 Cup Macadamia Nuts Roasted Lightly Salted or Plain
- 1 tbsp Salted Butter
- 1 tbsp Monkfruit Erythritol Blend
- 2 tsp Water
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
