  • Heavy Whipping Cream – can also use heavy cream.
  • Grated Parmesan – fresh or canned parmesan cheese.

  • Nutmeg – gives risotto a warm and slightly nutty flavor.
  • Shredded Parmesan – use fresh or pre-shredded parmesan or asiago cheese.
