I was looking for a low carb milk recipe that I can drink at night to help me sleep aand found this! I was a bit scared to try it because of the ingredients but it was surprisingly good. I subbed a bit of the almond milk will all-purpose cream (it’s like a less thick whipping/heavy cream).
Hi Samantha! I totally get it! But glad you tried the recipe anyway and even more glad you liked it!
I’m not one to comment on recipes, but this is the best golden milk recipe I have found. Plus is uses a healthy sweetener – monk fruit.
I subbed oat milk and added an extra 1/2 tsp of turmeric and pinch of salt and those were wise decisions.
Hey Tessa! So glad you enjoyed the recipe and thanks for the comment!
