Keto Low Carb Golden Milk

A little while ago, I started seeing this drink called golden milk all over the internet and on social media that I knew I had to see what all the hype was about.

First, a little history about golden milk – it’s a traditional Indian drink made from mixing milk with turmeric and sometimes other spices.

You’ll find all types of different variations and this recipe is our low-carb/keto version of the popular healing drink.

Golden milk is known to aid many health ailments including colds, coughs, inflammation, anxiety, depression and aches/pains.  It can also boost the immune system, improve brain function as well as lower blood sugar levels!
