  1. I was looking for a low carb milk recipe that I can drink at night to help me sleep aand found this! I was a bit scared to try it because of the ingredients but it was surprisingly good. I subbed a bit of the almond milk will all-purpose cream (it’s like a less thick whipping/heavy cream).

  2. I’m not one to comment on recipes, but this is the best golden milk recipe I have found. Plus is uses a healthy sweetener – monk fruit.

I subbed oat milk and added an extra 1/2 tsp of turmeric and pinch of salt and those were wise decisions.

YES YES YES!!! I have tried so many recipes for Tumeric Tea and you nailed it!!! This tastes exactly like the cup I used to get at my favorite cafe in Berlin. THANK YOU!! I heated the almond milk in a silicone measuring cup (microwave) and added it and the remaining ingredients to my Vitamix. Took no time at all and is heavenly. Can’t wait to try more of your recipes!

  4. Love the recipe, cant wait to try. May I ask why we cant boil the almond milk?

    • LowCarbingAsian

Hello Shaily – it’s so you don’t burn your mouth when drinking it. We recommend serving it right before it starts to boil.
