What are Keto Crepes?

These keto crepes are made with almond flour and cream cheese making them keto, low carb, sugar and gluten-free.

What is almond flour and why do you use it to make keto crepes?

Almond flour is very low in carbs compared to wheat flour and therefore a great alternative to use when making keto crepes.

However, because almond flour does not contain gluten, these crepes are not as chewy compared to regular crepes made from wheat flour.

Do you have any tips for making this keto crepe recipe?

  • Use very little batter to thinly coat your pan. The thinner, the better.
  • To coat the entire pan, use a swirling motion until the entire pan is coated
  • Do not flip too early or else it will fall apart. Wait for one side to completely cook until you flip.
  • Make ahead of time and freeze.  Microwave for 10-15 seconds to warm up.
