This keto crepe recipe is perfect for any occasion and versatile enough to go with just about anything! The best part is they are very easy and quick to whip up.
I am a big fan of crepes which is why I had to share with you all my version of these keto crepes using almond flour and cream cheese.
They can be topped or stuffed with either sweet or savory options and they taste so heavenly!
What are Keto Crepes?
These keto crepes are made with almond flour and cream cheese making them keto, low carb, sugar and gluten-free.
What is almond flour and why do you use it to make keto crepe recipe?
Almond flour is very low in carbs compared to wheat flour and therefore a great alternative to use when making keto crepes.
However, because almond flour does not contain gluten, these crepes are not as chewy compared to regular crepes made from wheat flour.
What do I put in these keto crepes?
These crepes are very versatile and can be stuffed with both sweet and savory options.

Do you have any tips for making this keto crepe recipe?
- Use very little batter to thinly coat your pan. The thinner, the better.
- To coat the entire pan, use a swirling motion until the entire pan is coated
- Do not flip too early or else it will fall apart. Wait for one side to completely cook until you flip.
- Make ahead of time and freeze. Microwave for 10-15 seconds to warm up.

- Prepping Time 1M

Ingredients
- 2 oz Cream Cheese
- 3 Eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
- 2 tbsp Sweetener (Monkfruit Erythritol Blend or sweetener of choice)
- 1/4 Cup Water
Directions
1) Gather all the ingredients.
2) Put cream cheese in a microwavable bowl and microwave for approximately 20 seconds or until smooth and creamy when stirred.
3) Mix in room temperature eggs. Note – For quick room temperature eggs, submerge egg in warm water for 3-5 min.
4) Stir in sweetener and Vanilla Extract.
5) Add Almond Flour and combine well.
6) Lastly, add water and give it a really good whisking until everything is very well combined. To make a really smooth batter you can also use a hand mixer or a blender.
7) In a well-greased pan (I use cooking spray), heat on low and add enough batter to make a thin crepe while swirling the pan around. Cook on low heat for approx 2-3 minutes or until edges slightly brown.
8) Flip over and cook for 1 minute and carefully transfer to a plate.
9) Fill with Keto Nutella or your choice of filling.
