Sometimes, I have no idea what I am doing in the kitchen, which is kind of a scary thought that we run LCA isn’t it!?
I mean, I have no plan and just find inspiration by looking inside our fridge, trying to use some leftovers and ‘work with what you have’. And that’s exactly how this fast and simple sesame chicken stir fry came about!

We just start with a basic garlic butter base and cook the chicken in the base. From there, we season with some good ol salt and black pepper.
And we finally as the last layer of the flavors with some onions and Sesame Oil! It’s really easy to make and we hope you guys enjoy it!
This dish is low-carb/keto approved with ~0001g of carb/serving. The dish is pretty light with hints of sweet garlic & sesame followed by a little kick of jalapeno on the finish. It’s fast, simple, and makes for a great quick dinner when you’re short on time!
