But as I started my journey, all those delicious drinks including the Matcha Frappuccino became a thing of the past.

It’s known to promote relaxation, reduces stress and improve sleep, as well as boost concentration and alertness.

Because matcha contains caffeine, this Matcha Frappucino will give you that extra energy boost you need without the afternoon crash.

If I knew what I know now about what amazing drinks I can create with a powerful blender, I would have bought one a long time ago.  In the long run, it would have saved me a fortune not to mention the carbs as well.

So if you love Frappuccinos and smoothies without all the carbs, check back here often as I am always creating more blended drink recipes.

  1. This drink was so good! I only had liquid stevia but used all other ingredients, added almond milk and smaller amount of heavy cream and blended it in Nutriblend. Wow! Really enjoyed it. Got my Starbucks fix.

  2. Delicious! Even without whipped cream. FYI, I used allulose, and it worked great.

  3. What type of matcha do you use ?
Where do you buy it ?
