I love a good smoothie! I kid you not when I say this smoothie tastes like dessert in a cup!

So, when I’m in the mood for something sweet and cold, I make this keto strawberry cheesecake smoothie!

There’s actually no cheese in this smoothie but with the use of cottage cheese, it gives this smoothie a delicious cheesecake flavor while also adding protein.

The first time I made this, my kids devoured it and then asked for more.  So, this sugar-free smoothie can also be great for kids!  It’s a win-win for everyone!

What is a keto strawberry cheesecake smoothie?

This keto strawberry smoothie is made up of almond milk, cottage cheese, frozen strawberries, vanilla extract and a little Monkfruit to sweeten things up a bit.  All you have to do is throw it all in a blender and it’s ready to go!

What kind of blender do I need to use to make this keto sugar-free smoothie?

I always recommend using a high powered blender because it creates a very smooth consistency.  We use a Vitamix but a more affordable Ninja will work as well.

What is the optional cheesecake crumble topping?

If you’re feeling indulgent, you can easily make a keto graham cracker topping by mixing some almond flour with butter and Monkfruit and throwing it in the oven until golden brown.

Frozen strawberries compared to fresh strawberries

Can I use fresh strawberries instead of frozen strawberries to make this keto cheesecake smoothie?

Yes, you absolutely can use fresh strawberries!  However, I would recommend adding a few extra ice cubes.

For this recipe, you’ll need Monkfruit or sweetener of choice and Almond Milk, which can be purchased on Amazon or your local supermarket.  And you’ll need a high powered blender to make the smoothie.

  1. Just made this and it was so good! My toddler enjoyed it too!
I didn’t have almond flour, so I didn’t make the crumble topping – but definitely going to have to try that next time! I also added a little more almond milk (to finish the bottle) and a scoop of collagen peptides. Will definitely make agin!
Do the nutrition facts include the topping?
