And with that in mind, this new peach cream cheese tea recipe is one of my new favorites and for good reason!
The combination of refreshing cold peach tea with creamy cheese foam topping is not only a delicious treat, but it’s so easy, quick to make and we can’t forget sugar-free and low carb!
What is peach cream cheese tea?
Peach cream cheese tea is cold peach green tea topped with a cream cheese foam topping. It’s made from all sugar-free ingredients.
Any tips on making the cream cheese foam?
- Make sure cream cheese is at room temp and use an electric mixer. Otherwise, hand whipping will take a very long time and can get quite tiring.
What kind of peach tea do you recommend using?
I really like Tazo peach green tea but you can go ahead and use any preferred peach tea.
How long will the cream cheese foam last in the refrigerator?
In a covered container, the cream cheese foam can last up to 5 days in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
Tea
- 1 Bag Tazo Organic Peachy Green Tea (or peach tea of choice)
- 10 oz Hot Water
- 1 Cup Ice
- 1 tbsp Monkfruit Erythritol Blend (or sweetener of choice)
Cream Cheese Topping
- 3 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)
- 3 tbsp Monkfruit Erythritol Blend (or sweetener of choice)
- 1/2 Cup Whipping Cream
- 1/4 Cup Half and Half
Directions
1) Gather all the ingredients.
2) In a medium mixing bowl, add Monkfruit Erythritol Blend and cream cheese. Beat on high until smooth and creamy. About 3 minutes with a hand mixer.
3) Next add half and half and whipping cream to the mixing bowl and beat until thick and frothy but still slightly runny. About 3 minutes with a hand mixer.
4) Steep Tazo Organic Peachy Green Tea bag in 10 oz of hot water for 5 minutes. After steeping, add in 1 tbsp Monkfruit Erythritol Blend, ice and mix well.
5) Spoon cream cheese mixture on top of peach tea. Note – when drinking, don’t mix. Drink with foam on top.
