  • Milk – can also use your choice of milk or milk alternative. Coconut Milk, Almond Milk, soy milk, oat milk etc.
  • Peach – frozen peaches.
  • Heavy Cream – heavy cream or heavy whipping cream.
  • Sweetener – use your preferred sweetener.

Ingredient Substitutions

For a Vegan-Friendly version, simply substitute traditional milk and heavy cream with Coconut Milk and Coconut Cream. This swap maintains the creaminess of the smoothie while using entirely plant-based ingredients.

📄 Leftover Recipe Note

For the best experience, enjoy this smoothie right after blending. Over time, the smoothie may start to melt, resulting in a texture closer to a peach milkshake.

Recipe Variations

Substitute the peaches for strawberries to create a Strawberry Milk Smoothie. Alternatively, elevate the autumn vibes by replacing the peaches with a dash of pumpkin pie seasoning, crafting a delectable Pumpkin Pie Smoothie that’s perfect for the fall season.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I add additional ingredients into this smoothie?

Certainly! Think about including Greek yogurt, protein powder, or a touch of vanilla extract to enhance the flavor and nutrition to your liking.

  1. I made this smoothie a few minutes ago with some additions that you mention (vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, chia seeds, Greek yogurt) and it’s delicious! I used 8 oz of unsweetened coconut milk, 6 slices of frozen peaches and keto honey as my sweetener to have a larger smoothie since it’s dinner. It is really delicious! This is a keeper. Thanks for the recipe and suggestions. I posted it on IG and in 3 keto groups I’m in with credit to your website for the recipe. I even posted your website on the photo of my smoothie, itself! LOL
