What ingredients do I need and how do you make this healthy peach smoothie?

  • Coconut Milk (or milk of choice) – almond milk, dairy milk, oat milk,
  • Peach – use fresh or frozen peaches.
  • Heavy Whipping Cream – use heavy cream or whipping cream. Can also sub for coconut cream for dairy free.
  • Sweetener – use your preferred sweetener.

Add all ingredients including ice cubes into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve with whipped cream. If you prefer a little more flavor, add a 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.

  1. I made this smoothie a few minutes ago with some additions that you mention (vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, chia seeds, Greek yogurt) and it’s delicious! I used 8 oz of unsweetened coconut milk, 6 slices of frozen peaches and keto honey as my sweetener to have a larger smoothie since it’s dinner. It is really delicious! This is a keeper. Thanks for the recipe and suggestions. I posted it on IG and in 3 keto groups I’m in with credit to your website for the recipe. I even posted your website on the photo of my smoothie,itself! LOL
