- 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 1/4 Cups Pre-Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tbsp Furikake
Gather all ingredients.
Preheat oven to 400F and line baking sheet with silicone baking mat (parchment paper works as well).
Combine Almond Flour and baking powder in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
In a different large microwavable bowl, add shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute take out stir, then microwave 1 more minute and stir again. Continue this process until the cheese is completely melted.
Combine the Almond Flour mixture into the cheese bowl while still warm and quickly knead with hands until dough like consistency and everything is fully combined. If dough cools too much just microwave for a few seconds, take out and knead again.
Take enough dough a little larger than a golf ball and form a log by rolling it between your hands. Then sprinkle some Furikake onto the silicone baking mat and roll log on top of Furikake to mix in. Finally join ends together to from ring and repeat until all the dough is used.
Bake for 15-17 minutes, until bagels are firm and slightly golden brown.
