Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

- 3 Slices Bacon roughly 10 inches in Length
- 4-5 Stalks Asparagus
- 12 Toothpicks
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 12 Drops Sriracha
Gather all the ingredients.
Cut bacon vertically into 4 equal parts. You should end up with roughly twelve ~2 1/2" bacon pieces.
Cut asparagus into 2 inch lengths. You will need 24 pieces which will roughly be 4-5 stalks of asparagus.
Place 2 pieces of asparagus onto the bacon piece and roll up asparagus with bacon. Once rolled, place a toothpick through the asparagus to maintain shape throughout cooking (try to keep the conjoining point on the bottom to help maintain shape).
Place aluminum foil over tray and place bacon on the tray. Set toaster oven (or conventional over) for 460F and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Thinly slice 12 slices of garlic cloves. In a small fry pan, add oil and garlic on medium heat. Cook until browned on both sides (about 2-3 minutes) and transfer to a holding bowl.
Once toaster oven is done, pull the bacon out, plate, and remove toothpicks (the toothpicks should cool to touch in about 30 seconds).
Add slice of fried garlic and drop of Sriracha sauce on top of each bacon.
