Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

- 3 Slices Bacon Roughly 10 inches in Length
- 4-5 Stalks Asparagus
- 12 Pieces Toothpicks
- 1/8 Whole Jalapeno
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 12 Drops Sriracha
Gather all the ingredients.
Cut bacon vertically into 4 equal parts. You should end up with roughly twelve 2-2.5 inch bacon pieces.
Cut asparagus into 2 inch lengths. You will need 24 pieces which will roughly be 4 stalks of asparagus.
Place 2 pieces of asparagus onto the bacon piece and roll up asparagus with bacon. Once rolled, place a toothpick through the asparagus to maintain shape throughout cooking (try to keep the conjoining point on the bottom to help maintain shape).
Place aluminum foil over toaster oven tray and place bacon on the tray. Set toaster oven for 460F and cook for 15 minutes.
While waiting, thinly slice 12 pieces of jalapeno. Remove seeds from slices and set jalapeno aside.
Thinly slice garlic cloves. In a small fry pan, add oil and garlic on medium heat. Cook until browned on both sides (about 2-3 minuteand transfer to holding bowl.
Once toaster oven is done, pull bacon out, plate, and remove toothpicks (the toothpicks should cool to touch in about 30 seconds).
Add jalapeno slices, followed by a slice of fried garlic and drop of Sriracha sauce on top of each bacon.
