Asian Crack Slaw

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 9 oz Bag Shredded Cabbage
- 12 oz Bag Broccoli Slaw
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Sriracha
Gather all the ingredients.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until brown and season with salt and pepper. Transfer browned beef to a holding plate while leaving juices in the skillet.
Grate garlic with a grater or a garlic press and place into the same skillet with the juices. Cook until fragrant, approx 1 minute.
Mix in shredded cabbage and broccoli slaw. Cook until desired tenderness (about 2-3 minutes).
Add back in the cooked ground beef from step 2).
Stir in Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil and optional sauce from description above.
Transfer to serving plate and top with squeeze of Sriracha.
