Cheese Apple Bites

  • 1/2 Whole Fuji Apple you can use whatever apple you prefer, but the juicy the better
  • 1 oz Mild or Medium Nutty Cheese we used Dubliner
  • 1 tbsp Kewpie Mayo
  • 1/2 tsp Swerve/Monkfruit


  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix together Kewpie Mayo and Swerve/Monkfruit.
  • Cut the apple into rings of 1/2" thickness.  Then cut the rings into 1/4ths and de-seed core. 
  • Place a generous drop of the mayo mix onto each apple bite.
  • Cut cheese into 1/4" thick slices, place onto of apple rings and garnish with optional parsley.
