Ingredients

  • 1 Piece Low Carb Tortilla
  • 1/4 lbs Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1/2 Cup Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 Whole Avocado
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Kewpie Mayo you can sub with American mayo but will alter taste

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • Shred off leg or breast meat from rotisserie chicken and set aside.

  • Cut avocado slices and set aside. Here is how we cut our avocados.

  • Place tortilla on a plate and sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese on half of the tortilla followed by shredded chicken. Place avocado on top of the chicken.
