Keto Sesame Chicken Stir Fry

- 4 Pieces Boneless and Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1/4 Whole Onion
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 4-5 Slices Jalapeno
- 1/2 Stalk Green Onion
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Toasted Sesame Seed optional
Gather all the ingredients.
Thinly slice onions and set aside.
Thinly slice green onions and set aside.
Thinly slice garlic and set aside.
Thinly slice jalapeno, remove seeds and set aside.
Cut chicken into small bite-size pieces, about 1/2 x 1/2 inch and set aside.
In a wok or deep fry pan, add butter and garlic on medium heat until melted. Once melted, turn up the heat to high and add chicken inside. Sprinkle salt and pepper and keep stirring and mixing until chicken is cooked, about 3-5 minutes.
Once the chicken is cooked, add onions and Sesame Oil while stirring. Cook for an additional minute.
After a minute, remove from heat and mix in green onions and jalapenos. Serve onto a plate and sprinkle Toasted Sesame Seed.
