Pork Chops

  • 3-4 Slices Pork Boneless Top Loin
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1 Stalk Green Onion
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil


  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 tbsp Salt optional brine


  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Japanese Sake
  • 1/2 tsp Swerve/Monkfruit
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Butter


  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • This step is optional, but we highly recommend it to get a super juicy pork. In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of water, 1 tbsp of salt and pork chops. Brine for 1 hour. Note - be careful not to over brine, otherwise it will become too salty.

  • Thinly cut green onions and set aside.

  • Grind garlic with a grinder or garlic press and place into mixing bowl.

  • Melt butter in a microwaved (about ~30 seconds) and then add into the mixing bowl. Combine with Soy Sauce, Japanese sake, Swerve/Monkfruit, mix well and set aside.

  • Pat pork dry with paper towel. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of Almond Flour and lightly coat. Flip and repeat the process. Note - if you did the brine, omit salt.

  • Heat large Teflon frying pan with olive oil on high. Once the oil starts to smoke, reduce heat to medium and carefully add pork chops. Cover and cook until golden brown, should take around 1 - 4 minutes (time will vary with thickness).

  • Once golden, flip, cover and cook for another 1 - 4 minutes until done (internal temp should be at least 145F).  Once pork is done, and add garlic soy sauce mix and cook for an additional 30-45 seconds.

  • Transfer to serving plate and top with green onions. Drizzle any leftover sauce on top.
