Pork Chops

  • 4-6 Thin-Cut Pork Chops
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1 Stalk Green Onion


  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 tbsp Salt optional brine


  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 2 tbsp Japanese Sake
  • 1/2 tsp Swerve/Monkfruit
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Butter (grass fed recommended


  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • This step is optional, but we highly recommend it to get a super juicy pork. In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of water, 1 tbsp of salt and pork chops. Brine for 1 hour. Note - be careful not to over brine, otherwise it will become too salty.
  • Thinly cut green onions and set aside.
  • Grind garlic with a grinder or garlic press and place into mixing bowl.
  • In the mixing bowl, combine butter, Soy Sauce, sake, Swerve/Monkfruit. Set aside.
  • Pat pork dry with paper towel. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of Almond Flour and lightly coat. Flip and repeat the process.
  • Heat large Teflon frying pan with olive oil on high. Once the oil starts to smoke, reduce heat to medium and carefully add pork chops. Cover and cook until golden brown, should take around 1.5 - 2.5 minutes (time will vary with thickness).
  • Once golden, flip and add garlic soy sauce mix. Cover and cook for 1 - 2 minutes until done (internal temp should be at least 145F).
  • Transfer to serving plate and top with green onions. Drizzle any leftover sauce on top.
