Strawberry Sauce

  • 2 Cup Strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Monkfruit, Swerve or Sweetener of Choice
  • 2 tbsp Water

Strawberry Matcha Latte

  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Hot Water
  • 3 tbsp Strawberry Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Ice
  • 1-2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream (optional for creamier texture)


  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • De-stem strawberries and chop loosely.
  • In a small saucepan, add strawberries, Swerve/Monkfruit, and 2 tbsp of water.
  • Cook on medium heat until boiling, then turn down to low, stirring often until a nice syrupy sauce forms. Roughly 10 minutes.
  • Once done, pulse in a food processor or blender until smooth. Set aside to cool.
  • Add Matcha Powder to 1/2 cup of hot water and whisk until matcha has dissolved.
  • In a separate tall serving glass, add ingredients in this order, 3 tbsp of strawberry sauce, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup of ice, and finally the dissolved Matcha Powder from step 6). Enjoy chilled.
