2tbspMonkfruit Erythritol Blendor sweetener of choice
1tbspCocoa Powder
1/4tspBaking Powder
1Eggroom temp
1ozCream Cheeseroom temp

Instructions
Gather all the ingredients. Note - For quick room temperature eggs, submerge egg in warm water for 3-5 min. For quick room temperature cream cheese, take amount needed and microwave for 10-15 sec.
Pre-heat waffle iron.
In a small mixing bowl, beat egg.
In a new small mixing bowl, add Coconut Flour, Monkfruit Erythritol Blend, cocoa powder, baking powder and combine well. Once combined, add in beaten eggs along with cream cheese and vanilla extract and mix well until smooth batter is formed.
Spoon ~1/2 of the mixture (enough to cover the irointo the Dash Mini Waffle Maker, sprinkle ~ 1/2 tbsp of unsweetened chocolate chips on top and close cover. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Repeat for as many waffles you are making. Once chaffles are done, top with your favorite berries and or whipped cream. Enjoy!
