Keto Low Carb Japanese Wafu Salad Dressing

If you love that salad dressing they serve at Japanese restaurants, then this keto low carb wafu salad dressing is for you! Very little changes were made from the original recipe so I'm sure you are going to love this low carb friendly Japanese wafu dressing!

  • 3 tbsp Ponzu
  • 1 tbsp Japanese Sake
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Onion about 1/8 of Onion
  • 2 tsp Sweetener monkfruit erythritol blend, sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 tsp Neutral Oil no taste
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds


  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • Cut about 1/8 of the onion and set aside.
  • In a stove top pot or Teflon frying pan, add Japanese sake and bring to boil. Let it boil for 15 seconds, remove from heat and then set aside.
  • In a food processor or blender, add in all the ingredients and pulse until evenly blended.
  • Serve on top of your favorite salad greens.
