Keto Low Carb Spam Cauliflower Fried Rice

  • 4 oz Spam about 1/3 of the can
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil

Fried Rice

  • 2 Cups Cauliflower Rice
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/8 Whole Onion
  • 1/2 Stalk Green Onion


  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • Finely dice green onions, onions, spam (about 1/4 x 1/4 inch cubes) and set aside.
  • In a Teflon frying pan, add 1 tbsp of Sesame Oil on high heat. Once oil is up to temp (slightly smoking), add diced spam and cook for 2-3 minutes until you get a nice brown crust on the spam. Transfer to holding bowl.
  • In the same Teflon frying pan, add 1 tbsp of Sesame Oil on high heat. Once oil starts to lightly smoke, add cauliflower rice and onion. Stir often and cook for 2-3 minutes or until desired texture is reached.
  • After 2-3 minutes, add back spam, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and continue to cook for an additional 1 minute.
  • Lastly, mix in the green onions, transfer to serving bowl and enjoy hot!
