For all you Thai iced tea fans, just in time for summer, I present you the Keto Low Carb Thai Tea Smoothie. Not only is this popular drink recipe keto and low carb, but tastes just like the original version! Super easy to make and a perfect drink to make relaxing this summer!

  • 2 Bags Thai Tea not the premixed version
  • 1/2 Cup Hot Water
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Monkfruit Erythritol Blend
  • 1 Cup Ice


  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • In a heat resistant cup, place Thai Tea Bags inside and pour in hot water. Let steep approx 5 minutes then remove tea bag.
  • In a powerful blender, add Monkfruit Erythritol Blend, Thai tea, heavy cream and ice.
  • Blend everything together, top with optional whipped cream or use sugar free whipped cream for lower carb count. Enjoy!
