Bacon Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

These delicious stuffed mushrooms are the perfect low carb appetizer! They're stuffed with mozzarella, bacon and topped with fresh basil then baked to perfection. What you end up with are juicy mushrooms that are bursting with flavor! Super easy to make and uses minimal ingredients!

  • 12 Medium Sized Common Mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp White Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Chili Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Bacon
  • Fresh Basil


  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • Preheat oven to 350F and line baking sheet with a silicone baking mat (parchment paper works as well).
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, White Pepper, salt, and ground chili. Mix well and set aside.
  • Wash, de-stem mushrooms, and then place mushroom onto the silicone baking mat concave up.
  • Chop the proper amount of bacon and set aside.
  • Stuff mozzarella cheese inside each of the mushrooms, followed by a sprinkle of chopped bacon and a generous pinch of dry seasoning mix.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes in the center of the oven. Garnish with optional fresh chopped basil and enjoy hot!
