Crispy Air Fryer Pork Belly
This Crispy Air Fryer Pork Belly is a simple and easy recipe that only takes 17 minutes from start to finish. It’s dry rubbed with a delicious combination of sweet and savory making this one of the easiest and tastiest pork belly recipes you will make!
- 1/2 lb Pork Belly
- 1 tsp Monkfruit
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Stalk Green Onion
Gather all the ingredients.
In a mixing bowl, combine Monkfruit, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Rub seasoning from step 2) into the pork belly.
Place entire pork belly into the air fryer and cook at 360F for 16-18 minutes.
In the meantime, finely chop green onions and set aside.
Once pork belly are done, slice pork belly into 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness, transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle on green onions.
