Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Pork Belly
  • 1 tsp Monkfruit
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Stalk Green Onion

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Monkfruit, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  • Rub seasoning from step 2) into the pork belly.
  • Place entire pork belly into the air fryer and cook at 360F for 16-18 minutes.
  • In the meantime, finely chop green onions and set aside.
  • Once pork belly are done, slice pork belly into 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness, transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle on green onions.
