Enjoy a cup of warm, soothing fresh ginger tea this winter made right in your own home with only a few ingredients! This ginger tea will help boost immunity, help with indigestion and cure an upset stomach. Best of all, it’s all low carb!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Water
  • 2 Inch Fresh Ginger
  • 1 tsp Sweetener monkfruit erythritol blend, sugar or sweetener of choice

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • Slice ginger into 1/4 inch slices and set aside.
  • Using a stove top pot, add water, sliced ginger and sweetener. Place on medium heat for 3 minutes or until it reaches a soft boil and then remove from heat.
  • Transfer to a heat resistant cup and enjoy warm.
