Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
Prepare optional Chashu and Japanese Ramen Eggs.
Chop green onions and slice garlic as shown below.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine neutral cooking oil and sliced garlic. Microwave for 90-120 seconds until garlic is browned. Remove garlic from oil and set aside.
In a stove top pot, add enough water to submerge noodles from Immi Ramen Package. Bring to a boil, add in noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
In a separate stove top pot, add 1 cup of water, Immi Ramen Seasoning, Sesame Oil, Chili Oil, mix and bring to a soft boil. Once soft boiling, reduce heat to simmer/keep warm and cover.
After 5 minutes have passed from step 5), transfer noodles to the stove top pot with ramen broth and let it simmer in the broth for 2 minutes covered. Note - for maximum flavor, you can let noodles simmer for up to 4-5 minutes.
Transfer noodles and soup broth into a serving bowl, top with green onions, garlic chips, sprinkle of Toasted Sesame Seeds, and optional Chashu and Japanese Ramen Eggs. Enjoy hot!
