  • 1 1 /2 tbsp Monkfruit Erythritol Blend or sweetener of choice
  • 1/3 Cup Hot Water
  • 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup Ice Cubes
  • 3/4 Cup Cold Water
