1CupEdamamePrecooked Whole-Shell, about 3.5oz
Gather all the ingredients.
Place edamame inside a ziplock bag and submerge inside a large bowl of warm water. Leave for 5-6 minutes until defrosted. Note - follow your package instructions if you're using non-precooked or shelled edamame.
Meanwhile, cut strawberries. There are many ways to do this, but the way I do it is cut the top off and place the flat portion on a cutting board. Then make slices vertically. Plate when completed.
Transfer edamame into a mixing bowl and toss with garlic powder and salt. Once done, transfer to serving plate. Note - only eat the beans and discard the pod.
