A delicious Garlic Steak Bite recipe packed with so much amazing flavor! Tossed in a garlicky butter soy sauce and topped on a bed of cauliflower rice, this recipe is a simple and quick meal that you can cook up in minutes.
Pat steak dry with paper towel and moderately sprinkle salt and pepper. Cut steak into cubes about 1/2 x 1/2 inch and set aside.
Grind garlic with a grinder or garlic press and place into mixing bowl.
Thinly cut green onions and place into mixing bowl.
Add Soy Sauce, Japanese sake and butter into mixing bowl and set aside.
Melt butter on high heat in a large Teflon fry pan. Once the butter is melted, add cauliflower rice and cook for 3-5 minutes stirring frequently or until desired tenderness and transfer to a severing bowl. Note - if using traditional steamed rice, skip this step and serve directly into the bowl.
In a new fry pan, add neutral cooking oil on high heat. Once up to heat, add steaks and cook until outside is seared, about 1-1.5 minutes.
After steaks are seared, add sauce and cook for an additional 15-30 seconds or until butter is melted. Serve over the cauliflower rice and pour any excess sauce on top.
