  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Monkfruit Erythritol Blend or sweetener of choice
  • 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Milk I used unsweetened vanilla


  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • In a small cup or bowl, add chia seeds, Monkfruit Erythritol Blend, cocoa powder, coconut milk and mix well with a whisk. Note - For more firmer pudding, use less coconut milk.
