Chocolate Chia Pudding
Chocolate Chia Pudding is a quick and easy healthy dessert full of creamy chocolatey goodness. A delicious sugar-free, gluten-free and low carb treat!
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Monkfruit Erythritol Blend or sweetener of choice
- 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 3/4 Cup Coconut Milk I used unsweetened vanilla
Gather all the ingredients.
In a small cup or bowl, add chia seeds, Monkfruit Erythritol Blend, cocoa powder, coconut milk and mix well with a whisk. Note - For more firmer pudding, use less coconut milk.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or more depending on preference.
