Strawberry Matcha Latte

Strawberry matcha latte made with beautiful swirls and vivid layers of green tea, milk and strawberry puree. This refreshing drink is as beautiful as it is delicious! A perfect summertime drink!

  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Monkfruit Erythritol Blend or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Hot Water
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk or choice of milk
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1-2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream optional for creamier texture


  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • Place de-stemmed strawberries and Monkfruit Erythritol Blend in a food processor and blend until puree texture is formed.
  • Add Matcha Powder to a bowl and then add hot water. Whisk until matcha is well combined and frothy.
  • In a separate tall serving glass, add strawberry puree, ice, choice of milk, and slowly stream in matcha using the back of a spoon.  Enjoy chilled.
